Consultation
Let’s start with a conversation about your project!
Share your ideas, branding goals, and the type of apparel or items you need embroidered.
Not sure where to start? I’m happy to help recommend garments from my catalog and offer design advice.

Step two
Quote & Design Approval
Once I have the details, you’ll receive a personalized quote within 1-2 business days.
After you approve the quote, you’ll receive an invoice to finalize your order. Work on your project begins once the invoice is paid.
Next, we move to digitizing your logo. Digitizing is a crucial step in embroidery that transforms your design into a stitch file, ensuring it can be embroidered with precision and accuracy. This process is required for every design.

STEP THREE
Production
Once you approve the design, I’ll get to work! Typical turnaround times are 2-3 weeks depending on my current workload. Rush orders may be available upon request.
During production, I’ll keep you updated so you know when your order will be ready.

STEP FOUR
Pickup or Shipping
When your order is complete, you can pick it up at my studio or have it shipped directly to your business.
I ship nationwide, so no matter where you’re located, I’ve got you covered.
