A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date and covers planning and preparation.

Hosted Events
The active design and pressing portion typically takes 1–2 hours, depending on guest count and event flow.
Yes. For private events, you can choose a cohesive design theme, or opt for an expanded print selection.
Optional virtual consultations are available for private events. These are helpful for aligning on aesthetics, event flow, and logistics, but are not required.
Private events are priced per garment. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date.
Minimum: 8 garments per event
Typical event size: 8–30 guests, depending on space and event flow
Private events require:
- An indoor event space
- Access to a standard electrical outlet
- Enough space for guests to move comfortably
I provide the full design and pressing setup, including:
- Two 6-foot tables
- Heat press and production equipment
The host is responsible for general guest seating or tables as needed.
Events located within 25 miles of Oshkosh, Wisconsin are included. Travel beyond this area may require an additional fee.
At this time, The Patchwork Edit offers crewneck sweatshirts and hoodies.
Because the mini prints are created using sublimation, garments are limited to light colors. Current options include:
- Light blue
- Light pink
- Sand
- White
- Light gray
Availability may vary by event.
Public Events
Pop-up events are scheduled public experiences hosted at select locations. Guests choose from available garments and mini prints on site and have their pieces pressed live during the event.
